- Register your purchase here within 30 days and upload a copy of your receipt/invoice as part of that process.
- Retain your personal registration number (which will be included in your confirmation email – sent automatically after registration).
If you experience a genuine technical fault within 12 months from the date of your product receipt / invoice:
- Report this to Dell on 0844 338 1200 and obtain your technical fault identification reference number.
- Complete the online claim form (found upon this site) within 14 days of your call to Dell. To make your claim you will require: your Dell technical fault reference number, a copy of your receipt/invoice and your personal registration number (provided on email after registration.)
- You will be notified by email when your claim has been validated.
- Provided you registered within the qualifying time-frame and have a valid technical fault (identifiable by means of a reference number provided by Dell)- we’ll send you your full refund via bank transfer within 40 days of claim validation.
*Terms and conditions apply. The Dell Print Assured Reliability Refund, once registered, is valid for 12 consecutive months from the date of product receipt / invoice. If the registered, qualifying printer product suffers a genuine technical fault (with the physical hardware and software of the printer, excluding customer damage, etc.) within 12 months, customer will be entitled to a refund but will nevertheless retain ownership of the printer (customer product warranty and statutory rights are unaffected). The refund amount will be the exact value paid by the customer for the printer only (as shown within the invoice/receipt and excluding shipping, etc.). Only qualifying product direct Dell purchases and purchases from authorised Dell resellers are eligible.
