• Complete a copy of the online claim form (found upon this site) and upload a copy of your receipt as part of that process. You will be notified by email when your claim has been validated.
• Provided you purchased the qualifying item(s), submitted your claim and have otherwise complied with the applicable terms and conditions, we’ll send you your cash via bank transfer within 40 days of the date of claim validation.

*Terms and conditions apply – to be eligible, traded in toner cartridges must be sealed, within their expiry date, un-used, and no more than three years old.
